We offer wefast same day delivery for domestic (Mumbai)  orders as well, the charges are exclusive and we are not liable for them.

Once an order is placed, it takes 3-4 working days to ship the order. Once the order is shipped, delivery takes about 7-10 days to major cities this can vary. Orders may take longer to North Eastern States, Kerala and Tamil Nadu.

We accept credit card, debit card, net banking, wallet, upi and paypal. We do not offer cash on delivery services.

We believe in quality hence each and every time item goes through a quality check before shipping your order. But for some reasons your item gets damaged during transit please share an unboxing video to claim exchange/refund.

• You can do so only for certain products where there is a visible damage or tears in the product material or finish, provided that you must have a proof of unboxing video clearly showing the damage in the product. You can raise a return request for damaged products only within a period of 2  days from the delivery date. We will arrange a return shipment as well as be responsible for the return shipping fee. Post this period of 2 days, your order shall become final sale, and would not be eligible for any return request.

• Exchange: For our customers who have their delivery address in India, your damaged products/items are entitled for an exchange, as per the availability of the product, at no extra cost, provided that you must have a proof of unboxing video clearly showing the damage in the product. However, if you wish to exchange for any sizing issues of rings, such items may be exchanged at a cost of INR100 if the delivery address is in India. Exchange will be picked up and delivered at the same address as the original delivery address.
